Deposited NZD via POLi — it's listed as supported on the site/app.

Tried to withdraw: "Stay tuned—something's coming!" (fiat channel unavailable).

Support chat with Erica: Confirmed no NZD withdrawal, no fiat-to-crypto conversion available, no manual processing, no alternatives. Just "wait for updates" with no ETA.

 

This feels like a deposit trap—misleading under NZ Fair Trading Act (accepted funds with no exit path). 

 

Request: Manual convert full balance to SOL ASAP. 

 

Happy to DM UID/docs for quick fix—don't want to escalate publicly elsewhere (Reddit/Trustpilot/X), but will if no resolution here.
